The Role
The agency is looking for an experienced Web Analytics Specialist to take manage tracking and conversion performance for a small client portfolio. You'll work closely with the Strategy Director, UX team and paid media specialists to ensure client websites are robust.
Responsibilities will include:
- Auditing client websites to identify every conversion point that should be tracked, including forms, click-to-call, locators and downloads
- Building out GTM containers, including events, triggers and consent management, with code ready for developer review
- Taking ownership of conversion performance once tracking is live, diagnosing and fixing UX/CRO issues on underperforming pages
- Using AI tools as a default part of the workflow across implementation, debugging and documentation
- Documenting tracking implementation clearly so the wider team can understand and build on it
