Are you a web-focused creative who loves building, improving, and developing engaging digital experiences?
We're recruiting for an established professional organisation in Northampton looking for a talented Web & Creative Developer to take ownership of its website and help shape its growing digital presence.
The main focus? Web.
You'll be responsible for the ongoing management, development, and improvement of the organisation's website – keeping it fresh, engaging, user-friendly, and performing at its best. You'll also get involved in a variety of creative digital projects, including content creation, video, and the future development of the organisation's e-learning offering.

We're looking for someone with:
- Strong website design, development, and management experience
- At least 2 years' commercial web experience
- WordPress experience – ideally including Elementor
- A good understanding of UX, web content, and optimisation
- Creative flair and the confidence to bring new ideas to the table
- Video filming/editing or multimedia production skills would be a real advantage
- Experience creating e-learning/digital training content would be highly desirable
- Adobe Creative Cloud skills would also be useful
