- None. Zero. What you see in the calculator is what you pay. We hate hidden fees as much as you do. The only thing not included is your domain name (about £10-15 per year) because you should own that directly.
- The calculator covers most standard website needs. Got something specific? Custom functionality? Unusual requirements? Just get in touch and we'll quote it properly. No obligation, no pressure.
- Within reason, yes. Small changes are no problem. Big changes might affect the timeline and cost - but we'll always discuss it first. We're flexible, not pushovers.
- Very. These are our actual prices, not estimates. The only time it might vary is if you've got unusually complex requirements that we need to discuss. But for 95% of projects, this calculator is spot on.
- Yes! We typically do 50% upfront, 50% on completion. For larger projects, we can split it into three or four payments. We want to make it work for your cash flow.
- For fully managed websites, we charge £50/month which includes hosting, maintenance, updates, and any changes you need. If you choose a CMS website where you make your own updates, hosting is £20/month. Domain renewals are about £10-15/year. That's it.
- Yes, a simple one that protects both of us. It clearly states what we're building, when it'll be ready, and what it costs. Plain English, no legal nonsense. You can read it before committing to anything.
- Never happened yet, but we build in revision rounds for a reason. We'll tweak until you're happy. If somehow we can't make it work (really, never happened), we'll figure out a fair solution. Your success is our success.
