About The Role

We are seeking a talented freelance Web Designer to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the visual identity and user experience of Glite Tech’s online presence. Your primary responsibility will be to design engaging, intuitive, and aesthetically pleasing web interfaces that resonate with our target audience. This is a part-time freelance position ideal for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is passionate about education, language learning, or AI-driven products. You will collaborate closely with our product and development teams to ensure the web design aligns with our brand vision and enhances user engagement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work
  • Expertise in visual and layout design principles for the web
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
  • Excellent understanding of typography, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to translate conceptual ideas into thoughtful design solutions
  • Comfort working within a fast-moving startup environment
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how design choices influence organic growth
  • Interest or experience in education, language learning, or AI-powered products is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop visually compelling web interfaces that align with Glite Tech’s brand identity
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate project requirements into innovative design solutions
  • Ensure the responsiveness and accessibility of web designs across various devices and browsers
  • Maintain consistency in design elements, including typography, color schemes, and layout structures
  • Incorporate SEO best practices into web design to support organic traffic growth
  • Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and performance analytics
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance our web presence
