Role Description
The Web Designer will be responsible for designing and maintaining visually engaging, user-friendly websites that align with client brand guidelines and project requirements. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes and mockups, developing layout and visual elements, collaborating with developers and stakeholders, and ensuring responsive design across devices and browsers. The role involves optimizing user experience, refining design assets, and contributing to overall digital strategy in close partnership with project teams. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom.

- Strong skills in Web Design and Responsive Web Design, with the ability to create intuitive, accessible, and modern user interfaces.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design and working with Graphics for web, including icons, imagery, and branding assets.
- Experience in Front-End Development (e.g., HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) to translate designs into functional web pages.
- Familiarity with design and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar) and industry-standard graphic tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Understanding of UX principles, web accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Relevant education or training in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field; professional portfolio demonstrating recent work is required.
