About The Role
We are seeking a creative, detail-driven Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team at IT Talent Solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full stack, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge web-based products and services. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping our digital roadmap, delivering scalable and high-performance web solutions that enhance user experience and meet business objectives. The ideal candidate is passionate about building modern web applications from the ground up, taking ownership of projects, and continuously seeking innovative ways to improve functionality and security.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in web development or an equivalent capability. A strong foundation in C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential. Candidates should have proven experience debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications, along with a solid understanding of MVC design patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security practices aligned with OWASP standards. Familiarity with IIS server management and deployment processes is required. Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout will be considered a plus. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent practical experience is demonstrated.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, robust websites and web applications that meet business and technical requirements.
- Develop solutions utilizing C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs, working extensively with JSON data to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
- Collaborate closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional digital solutions.
- Enhance application performance, security, and usability across multiple platforms and devices.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects to improve functionality and user experience.
