About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team at IT Talent Solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications that support our digital initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work across the full technology stack, allowing you to take ownership of projects from conception to deployment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality digital solutions that meet strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for building modern, scalable web platforms and have a keen eye for detail to ensure optimal performance, security, and usability.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development or an equivalent capability. A strong foundation in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications, along with a solid understanding of MVC architectural patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security best practices such as OWASP guidelines. Familiarity with IIS server management is required. Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout will be considered a plus. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if equivalent practical experience is demonstrated. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work are highly valued qualities.
Responsibilities
The Web Developer will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at delivering high-quality web solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining scalable websites and web applications that align with business needs and technical standards.
- Developing robust solutions utilizing C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Designing and integrating RESTful APIs, working with JSON data formats to enable seamless data exchange.
- Collaborating effectively with developers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional features.
- Enhancing application performance, security, and usability across multiple platforms and devices.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure quality and stability of applications.
- Staying updated with the latest web development trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and project outcomes.
