About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full technology stack, contributing to the development and enhancement of our web-based products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital roadmap, ensuring the delivery of scalable, secure, and user-friendly web solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building modern web applications from the ground up, taking ownership of projects, and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in web development or an equivalent skill set. A strong educational background in Computer Science or related fields is preferred. You should demonstrate expertise in core web technologies such as C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is essential. Familiarity with MVC architectural patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security standards (including OWASP guidelines) is required. Comfort working with IIS (Internet Information Services) is also necessary. Additionally, exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout will be considered a plus, as it indicates adaptability to evolving web technologies.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance websites and web applications that meet business requirements.
- Implement solutions using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
- Design and integrate REST APIs, working extensively with JSON data to facilitate seamless data exchange between systems.
- Collaborate closely with developers, UI/UX designers, and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
- Enhance application performance, security, and usability across various platforms and browsers.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and project outcomes.
