About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full technology stack, contributing to the development and enhancement of our web-based products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence, delivering scalable and efficient web solutions. You will have the chance to take ownership of projects from conception through deployment, collaborating closely with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to create engaging and high-performing digital experiences.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of experience in web development or a comparable skill set. A strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. You should have demonstrated expertise in C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience in debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is essential. Familiarity with MVC architectural patterns, web security best practices (such as OWASP standards), and working with IIS are important. Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout will be considered a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, high-quality websites and web applications that meet business requirements.
- Develop robust solutions using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs, working with JSON data to facilitate data exchange and interoperability.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Enhance application performance, security, and usability across multiple platforms and devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development practices.
