About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team at IT Talent Solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full technology stack, contributing to the development and enhancement of our digital products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building scalable, efficient, and user-centric web applications that support our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions that align with our strategic vision. The ideal candidate will have a passion for modern web technologies, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in web development or an equivalent capability. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Strong proficiency in C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential. Experience with debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is required. Candidates should have a solid understanding of MVC architectural patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security best practices, including OWASP guidelines. Familiarity with working on IIS web servers and deploying applications in a production environment is necessary. Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout will be considered an advantage. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams are also crucial for success in this role.

Responsibilities
The Web Developer will be responsible for a range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Building and maintaining scalable and robust websites and web applications that meet business requirements.
- Developing solutions utilizing C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create seamless user experiences.
- Designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs, and working with JSON data to enable efficient data exchange.
- Collaborating with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional digital solutions.
- Optimizing application performance, enhancing security measures, and improving usability across multiple platforms and devices.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Staying updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve project outcomes.
