About The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Web Developer to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React, GSAP/Motion Tech, and experience working with either WordPress or Craft CMS. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate with our team from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing engaging, innovative, and high-performance websites that meet our clients’ needs. The position is project-based, with the potential for ongoing work as we continue to expand our client portfolio. Qualifications
- Proven experience in web development with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Expertise in React and familiarity with GSAP/Motion Tech for animations and motion graphics.
- Experience working with WordPress and/or Craft CMS is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies.
- Ability to translate creative concepts into functional digital products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Prior experience working as a freelancer or in a flexible work environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative web solutions using React, GSAP/Motion Tech, and CMS platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality websites.
- Translate client requirements and creative concepts into functional digital experiences.
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
- Maintain and update existing websites, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development and motion graphics.
- Participate in project planning, reviews, and testing to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
