About The Role
We are seeking a creative, detail-driven Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full technology stack, contributing to the development and enhancement of our web-based products and services. As part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence by building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating modern, user-friendly solutions from scratch and a desire to take ownership of projects from conception to deployment. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to innovative digital initiatives that impact our clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in web development or an equivalent skill set. A strong educational background in Computer Science or related fields is preferred. Candidates should demonstrate proficiency in key programming languages and frameworks, including C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is essential. A solid understanding of MVC architectural patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security best practices (such as OWASP guidelines) is required. Familiarity with IIS (Internet Information Services) for hosting and managing web applications is also important. Exposure to modern frontend frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout will be considered an advantage, showcasing versatility in working with various technologies. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining scalable websites and web applications that meet business requirements and technical standards.
- Developing solutions using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
- Designing and integrating RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability between systems.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and project success.
- Enhancing application performance, security, and usability across various platforms and devices.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participating in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Staying updated on the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and solutions.
