About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team at IT Talent Solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on full-stack web development projects, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications and websites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building modern, responsive, and efficient digital solutions from scratch, owning projects end-to-end, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including designers, business stakeholders, and other developers. Your expertise will directly impact our digital roadmap, helping us enhance our online presence and deliver innovative solutions to our clients.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in web development or an equivalent skill set. A strong educational background in Computer Science or related fields is preferred. Essential technical skills include proficiency in C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC frameworks, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is crucial. Candidates should have a solid understanding of MVC architectural patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security best practices, including OWASP guidelines. Familiarity with IIS server management is necessary. Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout is considered a plus, demonstrating adaptability to evolving technologies. Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are qualities that will help you succeed in this role.

Responsibilities
- Build, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performing websites and web applications that meet business requirements.
- Design and implement solutions using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create seamless user experiences.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, working with JSON data to facilitate data exchange across platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional digital solutions.
- Enhance application performance, security, and usability across multiple platforms and devices.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and suggest innovative approaches to improve existing systems.
