About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team at IT Talent Solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the full technology stack, contributing to the development and enhancement of our digital products and services. As a Web Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping our online presence by building scalable, efficient, and user-centric web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions that meet business objectives. This position is ideal for someone passionate about coding, problem-solving, and creating high-quality digital experiences from scratch.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in web development or a comparable role. A strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. You should have proven expertise in core web technologies, including C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is essential. A solid understanding of MVC architectural patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security practices such as OWASP standards is required. Familiarity with IIS server management and deployment processes is also important. Additionally, exposure to modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, Angular, or Knockout will be considered a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment are vital for success in this role.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance websites and web applications aligned with business needs.
- Develop robust solutions using C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs, working with JSON data for seamless data exchange.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Optimize application performance, security, and usability across various platforms and devices.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into projects.
