We are on the lookout for a sh*t hot Elementor Developer to join our team here at Milk & Tweed.
You will live and breathe websites, and love everything about them. You will love building pixel perfect websites, working with designers and other developers to make sure the project is delivered to the highest of standards and the customer is happy.
The ideal candidate will be able to take web projects from start to finish, get the development part of the project organised and complete your tasks, then reach out for skills/help where you need. You will have great existing knowledge of Elementor and WordPress. And have a great eye for detail to make sure the build matches the design at every breakpoint.
Our studio is based in the center of Chippenham, Wiltshire - right next to the train station. Filled with energy and creativity, our studio is our home, and it is a hub of collaboration and positivity. And we would like this role to be ideally filled within the studio full-time.

About you
- You will have 2 - 4+ years experience of development
- Great knowledge of Elementor
- Great knowledge of WordPress
- A good understanding of CSS and HTML
- Attention to detail to build pixel perfect websites
- Super organised, loves smashing through tasks and getting them ticked off
- You will love all things web, and love coming up with creative ideas and solutions to answer web briefs and problems.
- Have a passion for not only building beautiful websites - but websites that convert
- You will be great at managing your time and projects, as well as getting input from clients, designers and other developers as you need
- You will be positive, enthusiastic, a big team player, ambitious to grow and progress yourself as well as our business
- You will want to learn new skills and improve your dev skills and knowledge
Nice to haves
- Experience of building accessible websites to WCAG 2.2 AA standard
- Experience with JetEngine/ACF, building post types, meta boxes, taxonomies, relations and queries
- Website design skills
