About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team at IT Talent Solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full technology stack, contributing to the development and enhancement of our web-based products and services. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in web development or an equivalent capability. A strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field is preferred. Essential skills include proficiency in C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Experience with debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is crucial. A solid understanding of MVC architectural patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security best practices such as OWASP is required. Familiarity with IIS server management is also important. Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue.js, Angular, or Knockout will be considered a plus. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
The Web Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust websites and web applications. Key responsibilities include:
- Building solutions using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ensuring seamless integration of REST APIs, and working with JSON data
- Collaborating closely with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Focusing on improving application performance, security, and usability across various platforms
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices
- Troubleshooting issues, deploying updates, and continuously optimizing existing applications to meet evolving business needs
