About The Role
We are seeking a creative, detail-driven Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team at IT Talent Solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full technology stack, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of our web-based products and services. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in web development or an equivalent capability. A strong educational background in Computer Science or related fields is preferred. You should have robust skills in C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is essential. Additionally, a solid understanding of MVC architectural patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security practices aligned with OWASP standards is required. Comfort working with IIS is important, and familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout is considered a plus. A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams are vital for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable websites and web applications that meet business and technical requirements.
- Develop solutions using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure robust functionality.
- Design and integrate REST APIs, working with JSON data to facilitate seamless data exchange across systems.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
- Improve application performance, enhance security measures, and optimize usability across various platforms.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure code quality and project success.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development practices.
