About The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Web Developer to join our team on a freelance basis. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in React, GSAP/Motion Tech, and have experience working with either WordPress or Craft CMS. This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to collaborate with a forward-thinking team from anywhere. The primary focus will be on developing engaging, visually compelling websites that leverage motion technology and modern web development practices. As part of this project, you will work closely with our design and content teams to bring innovative web concepts to life, ensuring a seamless and interactive user experience. This position is project-based, with the potential for ongoing work as the company continues to expand its digital offerings.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong portfolio showcasing previous web development projects, particularly those utilizing React and motion technology. Essential qualifications include proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress or Craft. A solid understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility is required. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment are crucial. Prior experience working on motion-heavy websites or interactive digital experiences will be highly regarded. Candidates should be comfortable with flexible working hours and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
