About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team at IT Talent Solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across the full technology stack, contributing to the development and enhancement of our web-based products and services. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital roadmap, delivering innovative solutions, and ensuring the seamless performance of our web applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about building modern, scalable web solutions from the ground up and eager to take ownership of their work in a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in web development or an equivalent capability. A strong foundation in C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential. Candidates should have proven experience in debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications, along with a solid understanding of MVC design patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security standards such as OWASP. Familiarity with working on IIS is required, and exposure to modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout is considered a plus. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for highly skilled candidates.

Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining scalable, high-performance websites and web applications that meet business requirements.
- Developing robust solutions using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs, working extensively with JSON data to enable smooth data exchange across systems.
- Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Enhancing application performance, security, and usability across multiple platforms and devices.
- Writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participating in code reviews, testing, and deploying updates to ensure the stability and security of web applications.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes and outcomes.
