Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize Consello’s websites across WordPress and other CMS environments, ensuring reliable performance, security, and a high-quality user experience
- Build scalable, enterprise-grade web experiences and integrations, with clean, maintainable code and a focus on usability, accessibility, and performance
- Lead ongoing website maintenance and quality assurance, including page-speed optimisation, responsive development, cross-browser compatibility, security updates, and technical troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain reusable components, custom themes, plugins, and third-party integrations to support evolving marketing and business needs
- Code and test responsive marketing emails within HubSpot, Salesforce, and other CRM or marketing-automation platforms
- Partner closely with the Belfast design team and global colleagues to translate creative direction into technically robust digital experiences that reflect Consello’s positioning and visual standards
Professional Qualifications
- 3–6 years of professional experience in web development, with a portfolio demonstrating B2B or enterprise-level digital work
- Expert-level proficiency in WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development, integrations, security, and performance optimization; experience with additional CMS platforms is a strong plus
- Strong front-end development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive, cross-browser development practices
- Experience building and maintaining custom web applications, APIs, and third-party integrations
- Proficiency with modern development workflows and tools, including Git, package managers, build tools, and deployment processes
- Experience coding responsive, cross-client HTML emails within HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or equivalent CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG), web performance best practices, and secure development principles

- Meticulous attention to detail, particularly in clean, maintainable code, responsive layouts, and cross-browser compatibility
- Proactive, curious, and committed to continuous learning in a fast-evolving web-development landscape
- A team player with a low ego, ready to share knowledge, contribute ideas, and support colleagues across the firm’s marketing and creative functions
