About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team at IT Talent Solutions. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, maintaining, and enhancing our web-based products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys working across the full stack, taking ownership of projects from conception to deployment, and delivering high-quality digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and business stakeholders to create innovative and efficient web applications that meet our strategic objectives. Your expertise will directly contribute to shaping the digital landscape of our organization and ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in web development or an equivalent capability
- Strong educational background in Computer Science or related fields is preferred
- Proven track record of developing scalable and secure web applications using technologies such as C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is essential
- Solid understanding of MVC patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security standards such as OWASP
- Experience working with IIS and exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout will be advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, high-performance websites and web applications aligned with business needs
- Develop solutions utilizing C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver engaging user experiences
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs, working with JSON data for seamless data exchange across platforms
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure project success
- Optimize application performance, enhance security measures, and improve usability across various devices and browsers
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies and incorporate innovative solutions to improve existing systems
