About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full technology stack, contributing to the development and enhancement of our web-based products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital presence and delivering scalable, high-quality web solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building modern web applications from the ground up, taking ownership of projects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in web development or an equivalent skill set. A strong foundation in C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential. Candidates should have experience debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications, along with a solid understanding of MVC architectural patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security standards such as OWASP. Familiarity with IIS is also required. Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout is considered a plus. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for highly skilled candidates.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, responsive websites and web applications that meet business requirements.
- Develop robust solutions using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs, working extensively with JSON data formats.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Enhance application performance, security, and usability across multiple platforms and devices.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into ongoing projects.
