About The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team at IT Talent Solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full technology stack, contributing to the development and enhancement of our digital products and services. As a Web Developer, you will be instrumental in shaping our web-based solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality digital experiences that align with our strategic goals.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess at least 3+ years of experience in web development or an equivalent skill set. A strong foundation in C#, ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential. Candidates should have hands-on experience debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications, along with a solid understanding of MVC architectural patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security best practices such as OWASP guidelines. Familiarity with IIS server management and experience working with REST APIs and JSON data are also required. Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout will be considered a plus. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for highly skilled candidates.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable, robust websites and web applications that meet business requirements.
- Develop solutions utilizing C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create seamless user experiences.
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs, working with JSON data to facilitate communication between systems.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Enhance application performance, security, and usability across various platforms and devices.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development processes.
