We’re looking for a freelance full-stack developer to help build the first version of the SYNMOR e-commerce platform.
The project will be delivered in clear milestones, so we can review each stage before moving to the next. We already have the design direction and backend strategy, we are not looking for someone to build an ERP from scratch.
The initial milestones will include:
- Storefront foundation — React/Next.js setup, homepage, navigation, responsive layout, product listing and product detail pages.
- Backend/API connection — connect the storefront to our chosen ERP/backend for products, categories, stock levels, customers and orders.
- Cart, checkout and customer accounts — shopping cart, checkout flow, login/register, order history and customer account area.
- Payments — integration with payment providers such as Teya, PayPal and Klarna, including secure server-side payment confirmation/webhooks.
- Shipping and tracking — shipping-service integration, tracking information and order-status visibility inside the customer account.
- Automation and communication — transactional emails for order confirmation, preparation, dispatch, delivery and customer notifications.
- Testing and launch — mobile optimisation, security checks, bug fixes, deployment and production launch.

We are looking for someone comfortable with React, Next.js, TypeScript, APIs, webhooks, authentication, databases and third-party integrations. Experience with Odoo, ERP systems, payment gateways or e-commerce platforms would be highly desirable.
This will begin as a freelance/contract project, with strong potential for ongoing development as SYNMOR grows.
