About The Role
We are seeking a skilled PHP Web Developer to join our dynamic technical team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on challenging projects that require designing, developing, and maintaining bespoke web applications and business systems. As part of our team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in modern, object-oriented PHP development, with experience working with PHP 8 and relevant frameworks or large-scale applications. A demonstrated commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code is essential. Candidates should have experience with code quality tools such as PHPUnit, static analysis, or automated testing processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical for investigating and resolving complex technical issues efficiently. Excellent communication skills are required, particularly the confidence to work directly with clients and team members. A proven track record of successfully delivering projects, accurate estimation, and early risk identification will set candidates apart. Desirable skills include experience in AI-assisted development, front-end technologies, ecommerce integrations, database design, cloud services, and DevOps practices, among others.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining bespoke web applications and business systems that meet client specifications. Responsibilities include collaborating with clients and colleagues to gather requirements, translating these into technical solutions, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code. You will be expected to participate in code reviews, implement automated testing, and maintain code quality standards. Managing multiple projects effectively and prioritizing tasks without a traditional project management layer is essential. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, optimize application performance, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Engaging with new technologies and staying updated on industry best practices will be encouraged to ensure the company's solutions remain innovative and competitive.
