About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team at IT Talent Solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full technology stack, contributing to the development and maintenance of our web-based products and services. As a Web Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital presence by building scalable, high-performance websites and applications that meet the evolving needs of our business and clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and stakeholders, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience and ensure robust security.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in web development or an equivalent capability
- Strong foundation in core web technologies and frameworks
- Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Solid understanding of MVC patterns, ASP.NET Core, and web security standards such as OWASP
- Experience working with IIS and deploying web applications
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout is a plus
- Experience debugging and profiling applications to optimize performance
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable websites and web applications that align with business goals.
- Design and implement solutions using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create seamless user experiences.
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs, working with JSON data to facilitate efficient data exchange.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Enhance application performance, security, and usability across various platforms and devices.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
