Job Description

We are looking for an individual who has website and office experience. The ideal candidate will be able to manage and maintain a number of websites. Site formats are Wordpress and PHP / MySQL, and applicants must be fully versed in these technologies. In addition to website management, you will be able to support the team with daily business activities and must be conversant and have a flexible approach to your workload.

Must Have

  • Full clean driving license and be able to drive a van
  • Available to work Sundays

Starting Wage

National Minimum Wage rising after 6 months’ probation with the company.

Website Related Activities

  • Keeping the information on our website up-to-date.
  • Implementing new web designs and technologies and making current websites future proof.
  • Designing images (Photoshop).
  • SEO increasing our Google ranking.
  • Researching new SEO methods.
  • Generating more and more traffic to our website.
  • Checking visitor statistics and improving stats.

Office Related Activities

  • Checking emails to know what is going on in the company.
  • Editing partner websites to ensure content is reflective of the business.
  • Friendly manner and ability to explain technical issues in plain language.
  • Processing reservations, invoicing (when needed).
  • Answering phone calls and dealing with customers (when needed).
  • Answering customer query emails (when needed).
  • Backing up the person who is dealing with prices on booking systems (when needed).
  • Dealing with external properties and guests as and when required.
