About The Role
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team at IT Talent Solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full technology stack, contributing to the development and enhancement of our digital products and services. As a Web Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the technical architecture, designing scalable web solutions, and implementing features that improve user experience and operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, project managers, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality digital solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of professional experience in web development or an equivalent skill set.
- Strong educational background in Computer Science or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in core web technologies such as C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is essential.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON data, and web security standards (OWASP) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with IIS server management and debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is also required.
- Exposure to modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout will be considered a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to development challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust websites and web applications that meet business requirements.
- Implement solutions using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring code quality and efficiency.
- Design and integrate RESTful APIs, working with JSON data to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional digital solutions.
- Optimize application performance, enhance security measures, and improve usability across different platforms and devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate innovative solutions into ongoing projects.
