Web Developer - Contract Opportunity
This is a contract opportunity for an experienced Web Developer to lead the development and ongoing optimization of a telehealth platform. The role focuses on building and maintaining high-performance, conversion-focused product and landing pages, custom forms, and booking flows. Working remotely within a marketing-driven environment, you will translate Figma designs into responsive, accessible web experiences using Next.js, Vercel, and GitHub. You will be responsible for technical SEO, site performance, analytics, and CRO testing, ensuring seamless integrations with payment and booking systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong UI/UX sensibility, a track record of CRO success, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize telehealth website, including product and landing pages, booking flows, and custom forms
- Implement Figma designs into responsive, accessible pages using Next.js and Vercel
- Own site performance, technical SEO, and analytics setup, including A/B testing, heatmaps, and funnel optimization
- Build and troubleshoot integrations with Stripe, LeadSquared, AdvancedMD, and other third-party platforms
- Manage webhooks, APIs, and ensure reliable data flows for leads, bookings, and payments
- Collaborate with marketing to drive conversion rate optimization and implement CRO experiments
- Ensure HIPAA-conscious data handling and compliance with relevant privacy standards
- Monitor and resolve technical issues, proactively improving site reliability and user experience

Skills And Requirements
- 7+ years of front-end or full-stack web development experience
- Advanced proficiency with Next.js, Vercel, GitHub, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Strong UI/UX judgment and experience translating Figma designs into production-ready code
- Proven results in conversion rate optimization, technical SEO, and analytics implementation
- Experience with payment and booking integrations (e.g., Stripe, LeadSquared, AdvancedMD)
- Familiarity with headless CMS, server-side tracking, and API/webhook management
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and deliver in a fast-moving environment
- Experience in telehealth, healthcare, or HIPAA-compliant environments is a plus
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
