About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team at IT Talent Solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across the full technology stack, contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of cutting-edge web-based products and services. As a Web Developer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence by building scalable, high-performance web applications that meet the needs of our clients and users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, project managers, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user experience, security, and functionality. This position provides the autonomy to take ownership of projects from conception to deployment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital solutions that align with our strategic objectives.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in web development with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in building dynamic web applications. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for candidates with equivalent practical experience. Proficiency in C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential. Experience with debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is required to ensure robust and secure solutions. A solid understanding of MVC architectural patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security practices aligned with OWASP standards is crucial. Familiarity with working on IIS environments and integrating RESTful APIs will be beneficial. Additionally, exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout will be considered an advantage. The candidate should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to development challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and responsive websites and web applications that meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Implement solutions utilizing C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create engaging and efficient user interfaces.
- Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability between systems.
- Collaborate effectively with designers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize application performance, security, and usability across various platforms and devices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and solutions.
