About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Web Developer to join our expanding Web Development team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across the full technology stack, playing a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital roadmap. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable web applications that enhance our digital presence and meet strategic business objectives. This position offers a chance to take full ownership of your projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to building modern, high-quality web solutions from the ground up. Your expertise will directly impact the usability, security, and performance of our web-based products, making this an exciting opportunity for a developer passionate about crafting innovative digital experiences.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical skills, experience, and a proactive mindset. Candidates should have approximately 3+ years of experience in web development or an equivalent capability. A strong foundation in C#, MVC, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is essential. Familiarity with debugging, profiling, and deploying web applications is required to ensure smooth project delivery. A solid understanding of MVC architectural patterns, ASP.NET controllers, and web security practices aligned with OWASP standards is critical. Experience working with IIS is preferred, along with exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or Knockout, which is considered a plus. A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates equivalent practical experience and skills.

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable websites and web applications that meet business requirements.
- Implement solutions using C#, ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core, MVC, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to deliver high-quality digital products.
- Design and integrate REST APIs, working with JSON data to enable seamless data exchange across platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
- Enhance application performance, security, and usability across various platforms and devices.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality output.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve skills and project outcomes.
