£60,000 – £82,000 + 30% bonus + excellent benefits
Hybrid – Home-based with 2 days per month in London or Warwick
We’re looking for a Web Development Manager / Development Lead to take ownership of a key web platform and lead a small, talented development team.
This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who has come from a strong development background but is now looking to combine technical expertise with team leadership, strategy and stakeholder management.

The role
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of around 3–5 developers
- Own and drive the Drupal / CMS web platform
- Provide technical direction and strategic leadership
- Manage external consultants and third-party suppliers
- Stay hands-on with development when required
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement across the website and development function

About you
- Strong development background with proven Drupal / CMS experience
- Experience leading or managing a development team
- Comfortable balancing hands-on technical work with leadership and strategy
- Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
- Able to provide technical direction while remaining pragmatic and delivery-focused
