About the Company
G.Network is transforming London’s connectivity by delivering world-class, full fibre broadband direct to homes and businesses. As a 100% full fibre provider, we’re rolling out Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) across central London. Our vision is to build a better-connected London, and our purpose is to unlock the power of GigaFast speeds to enable the communities we serve to thrive. We’re a values-led organisation, and our culture is built around four key principles:
- Fair – We treat everyone with respect, create equal opportunities, and always strive to do the right thing.
- Excellence – We take pride in our work and aim to deliver the highest standards in everything we do.
- Resilience – We stay focused and adaptable, even when things get tough, supporting each other to overcome challenges.
- Fast – We move at pace, make smart decisions quickly, and act with purpose to deliver for our customers.
About the Role
We are looking to drive growth through our owned digital channels. To do this we need to maximise the web as a channel for new business acquisition and retention, supported by well-managed social media and customer communications. This means creating an ongoing backlog of tactical and strategic improvements to web functionality and messaging, and building the structure, prioritisation and reporting to deliver them. This is not simply a website management role. It is about creating a digital growth platform that improves customer acquisition, engagement and brand perception across all owned digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Own this channel and create a web platform that delivers excellent customer journeys, whereby customers can find the information they need, complete online orders with ease and review details within my account.
- Own the website improvements and coordinate campaign launches through the campaign team, leading the execution of these through the web.
- Work with our digital agency partner and our internal developers to scope, prioritise and deliver improvements to the website.
- Report on these changes and evidence ongoing improvements in the website KPIs.
- Own the organisation and governance of our CRM and marketing automation platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next, ensuring campaigns, journeys and reporting are structured, scalable and well documented.
- Use understanding of the digital landscape to deliver a growth strategy whilst owning day to day performance of the website.
- Front-end CMS – Kontent.ai. Own the platform, with a deep understanding of how it is used across the site and what can be delivered through the CMS versus development work.
- Back end – Salesforce. Understand how web journeys, orders and customer data integrate with the Salesforce back end, working with internal technical teams on requirements and change.
- CRM and marketing automation – Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next. Own the organisation, governance and campaign execution standards within the platform.
- Analytics – Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Own digital measurement, tagging and reporting for the web channel.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
