Equip Outdoor Technologies UK Ltd, based in Alfreton, Derbyshire, specializes in the design and marketing of technical outdoor clothing and equipment. Our experienced and enthusiastic team develops innovative designs, manufactured to the highest standard and brought to market throughout the world. Our team is based at our Head Office just outside The Peak District National Park off jc28 of the M1 corridor.

Position:

Great opportunity to join our Team as a Web Merchandiser!

The purpose of this role is to support the Web team in maximizing global Web sales by optimizing online inventory and ensuring product availability. This involves analyzing sales data, forecasting demand, and making commercial decisions to capitalize on opportunities that enhance Web sales and profitability. Additionally, the role also focuses on efficiently managing stock turnover and redistributing excess stock back into the wider business.

Key Responsibilities of Web Merchandiser (including but not limited to):

  • Collaborate with teams to forecast and build stock packages aligned with sales targets.
  • Monitor performance, identify risks and opportunities, and adjust stock levels accordingly.
  • Ensure availability of bestsellers and core sizes, support product campaigns, and contribute to clearance initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate forecasts and stock data in Business Central.

Requirements:

To join us as a Web Merchandiser you must have:

Essential

  • Previous experience in data analysis, forecasting, and supply chain processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; desirable experience with Business Central.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and team skills, with a focus on process improvement.

Desirable

  • Experience of using Dynamics NAV (Navision)
