Job Description:

EMEA Web Producer (Contractor)

About the Team

The EMEA Web Production Team builds and maintains high-quality digital experiences that help Workday connect with customers and prospects across the region.

Our vision is to build a scalable and optimised global web platform that delivers exceptional AI-enabled digital experiences, driving pipeline growth and engagement for Workday across all regions and audiences. As part of this team, you will work with collaborative digital subject matter experts.

The team works closely with EMEA Digital Marketing, EMEA Project Managers, and global partners to support digital experiences that drive product demand and help grow the sales pipeline across the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, and other EMEA markets.

In the year ahead, the team will focus on meaningful platform and experience improvements, including the migration from AEM 6.5 to AEM Cloud Services, the rollout of dynamic content in AEM Cloud, and the build and launch of key regional event experiences such as EMEA Rising, Elevate, and Horizon.

This is a team where strong partnership, attention to detail, and a shared focus on quality come together to create digital experiences that make Workday easier to discover, understand, and engage with.

About the Role

As an EMEA Web Producer, you will manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects across multiple EMEA markets. You will help bring regional campaigns, product updates, event experiences, localization requests, and web improvements to life while ensuring content is accurate, accessible, consistent, and built to a high technical standard.

You will manage a high volume of regional updates and major launches, balancing day-to-day production work with larger platform initiatives.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
