Summary

We are seeking an experienced Web Producer to support a global Marketing Web Team on a full-time contract through the end of 2026. In this role, you will be responsible for publishing, editing, and maintaining website content while supporting web releases and digital experiences for UK-based stakeholders.

This is a hands-on web production role with a strong emphasis on Contentful. The ideal candidate already has professional experience working within Contentful and understands CMS publishing workflows well enough to step in and contribute quickly with minimal ramp-up.

You will work remotely from the UK during standard UK business hours while collaborating with a small, distributed team across Web Production, UX, Development, SEO, and other digital functions.

What You’ll Do

  • Publish, edit, update, and maintain website content within Contentful
  • Execute web releases and digital experiences in partnership with senior Web Production team members
  • Follow established publishing workflows, release instructions, and quality assurance processes
  • Perform content-focused QA, including reviewing links, text formatting, page content, and overall publishing accuracy
  • Manage multiple web production projects and requests simultaneously, generally balancing several active priorities at once
  • Prioritize critical-path tasks and ensure projects are completed within agreed-upon deadlines
  • Maintain accurate project and ticket statuses within Jira
  • Communicate with UK-based stakeholders regarding web requests, deliverables, timelines, and updates
  • Collaborate with Web Production, UX, Development, SEO, and other cross-functional partners
  • Identify potential content or functionality issues and escalate them to the appropriate team when needed
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the publishing and release process

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
