Web Producer (Maternity Cover)
We have an exciting opportunity for a Web Producer (Maternity Cover) in our London office.
Department Overview:
Our Web Production team keeps content across Michael Kors’ e-commerce websites accurate, on-brand, and running smoothly for customers in more than 50 countries. Reporting to the Manager, Web Production, the team partners closely with Site Merchants, Creative Services, Digital Product Management, and colleagues based in New York and India to deliver a best-in-class online shopping experience.
What You’ll Do
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage the team’s day-to-day efforts to ensure smooth, efficient website updates — including production changes, trafficking creative assets, code changes, and new site initiatives — across all e-commerce properties
- Manage site content localisation across 50+ countries, including nine translated languages
- Facilitate cross-functional communication around all production activities
- Collaborate with Site Merchants on all website preparation and updates
- Act as a client advocate for internal business partners and external clients, championing best-in-class web and mobile experiences and the processes behind them
- Manage key tools and processes, including content management, code repository, and image hosting
- Liaise with the Creative Services team to manage delivery of all website assets and copy
- Partner with the Digital Product Management team on requirements gathering, issue logging and tracking, and ongoing maintenance of global e-commerce content components
- Collaborate closely with global teams based in New York and India
- Support Web Production team process definition, optimisation, and implementation

You’ll Need to Have:
- 3+ years of experience in Ecommerce Web Production
- Good understanding of HTML/CSS, experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) or a similar content management system (CMS), and strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a self-starter approach
