Role Overview
We are seeking a technically strong Web, SEO & GEO Specialist to own our partner clinics' web presence and organic discoverability. This role spans three connected disciplines: web (building and maintaining fast, high-converting clinic pages), SEO (ranking for the local searches that matter most), and GEO ensuring our clinics are surfaced and cited by AI answer engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI overviews.
Critically, this role owns the tracking backbone the entire marketing team depends on - and sets the standard the rest of the team complies with. Before optimisation work begins, you will stand up automatic attribution: hidden UTM and click-ID fields on every web form flowing into the CRM, tag-manager configuration, cookie persistence, per-channel landing pages, and call tracking. Getting this right is the foundation on which all of our per-clinic reporting.
The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between technical SEO, hands-on web development, and the fast-evolving field of GEO.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
- Own the marketing team's tracking standard and infrastructure end to end: hidden-field capture into the CRM, tag-manager setup, cookie persistence, per-channel landing pages, call tracking, and ongoing tracking QA.
- Build, maintain, and improve clinic landing pages and websites, with a focus on page speed, mobile performance, and conversion.
- Own technical SEO across the portfolio, including site health, structured data, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
- Own local SEO and Google Business Profile strategy centrally, so that same-city clinics do not compete against each other in local results.
- Develop and execute a GEO strategy so our clinics are surfaced and cited by AI answer engines, adapting as this field evolves.
- Work closely with the Performance and Brand & Content specialists, and with the CRM Specialist, to ensure the site and tracking support the full funnel.
- Monitor, report, and continuously improve organic and local visibility on a per-clinic basis.
Essential Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrable technical SEO capability, including structured data, site health, and Core Web Vitals.
- Sufficient hands-on web development skill to build and fix landing pages independently (front-end and/or CMS).
- A working understanding of GEO and a proven habit of staying current with a rapidly moving field.
- Ability to set up, standardise, and quality-assure tracking, including tag managers, hidden form fields, call tracking, and conversion events; and to hold others to the standard you define.
- Comfortable working towards clear KPIs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where structure is still being built.
- Strong communication skills in English; a second European language (French or German) is an advantage.
