You've built Web3 products where a bad deploy is measured in user funds, not GitHub issues.
This role is for a Senior Full Stack Engineer/Technical Lead who wants to build institutional-grade Web3 without the retail-crypto noise.
A regulated London-based Web3 fintech serving institutional customers with a live product, real revenue, real regulatory scrutiny.
- Small team of high-agency engineers backed by serious names in the space.
- You'll own the full stack end to end:
- Onboarding flows
- Admin surfaces
- Third-party integrations
- On-chain read/write layers
- You'll shape architectural direction as the platform opens to new customer types. Real ownership with very little technical debt + definitely no ticket-taking.

- Regulated fintech (payments, wealth, banking, compliance) is a bonus.
Suitable for engineers ready to take extreme ownership of a build and want to build something a bank would actually use.
£90k to £120k base plus meaningful equity. UK remote.
