Role: Webcast & Streaming Producer

Location: London (Canary Wharf)

Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 (dependent on experience), plus company benefits

Hours: Monday - Friday with shifts falling between 7am – 7pm

Interview process: 2-stage process (virtual and then in-person)

Kinly is a unified global leader in collaboration, systems integration, and managed services. We focus on transforming workspaces, simplifying complexity, and empowering people.

We have a portfolio of blue chip clients and the current opportunity we have available is working on one of our most prestigious customers, working in a dynamic team, supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of corporate virtual webcasts, webinars and live-streamed events delivered through enterprise collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams Town Hall, Teams Meetings and other approved streaming technologies.

The successful candidate will act as a streaming technician and webcast producer, managing virtual event workflows, supporting remote presenters, monitoring live broadcasts and helping to ensure a seamless experience for colleagues and audiences across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in digital event production, enterprise communications and live streaming technologies within a global financial institution.

This is not a traditional production or camera operator role. The focus is on virtual corporate events, remote audio/video feeds, presenter support, live platform operation, event monitoring and technical issue management.

Key responsibilities:

Streaming Operations & Technical Support

  • Configure and manage webcast settings including permissions, attendee access and production controls
  • Monitor audio, video and network quality during live broadcasts
  • Perform technical checks prior to events to identify and mitigate risks
  • Troubleshoot common presenter and attendee issues in real time
  • Support platform upgrades, testing activities and operational improvements

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
