This is an incredible opportunity to shape the way a leading global enterprise connects with its B2B customers. As a vital member of the Global Marketing Team, you will take full ownership of the webinar event strategy, transforming ideas into impactful, data-driven engagement experiences. Your expertise will directly influence audience connection, speaker management, and the seamless execution of high-profile digital events, contributing significantly to business growth and market presence.
What’s In It For You

- 100% Remote Flexibility: Full work-from-home setup anywhere in the UK, with optional office access in London.
- Strategic Ownership: Freedom to innovate event formats (fireside chats, customer roundtables) and build out the channel strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the complete webinar lifecycle, from initial scheduling and crafting compelling email invitations to expertly hosting live technical broadcasts and distributing post-event communications.
- Lead speaker onboarding, including preparing, briefing, and conducting technical dress rehearsals with both internal executives and distinguished guest speakers.
- Administer event platforms, configuring engaging landing pages, streamlined registration forms, automated email workflows, and interactive tools such as polls and Q&A sessions.
- Collaborate with analytics and marketing operations teams to strategise and execute robust audience acquisition campaigns through email and social media channels.
- Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) like registration rates, attendee retention, and engagement metrics to accurately calculate the return on investment (ROI) for all events.
- Ensure seamless integration of all attendee data into CRM systems, such as Salesforce, facilitating effective follow-up by sales and account teams.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
