Webinar Manager – Global Corporate Enterprise

Rate: Up to £278 per day (Inside IR35 – Contractor Ltd Company Route ONLY). Though this role sits inside IR35, you must have a registered Limited Company to start working.

Location: 100% Remote (UK-based)

Duration: Contract through 31st December 2026 (High likelihood of extension through 2027)

Are you an experienced Webinar Manager ready to own and elevate the B2B virtual event strategy for a premier global enterprise?

A market-leading corporate solutions provider is seeking a high-performing Webinar Manager to lead their customer-facing webinar portfolio. In this role, you will transition virtual events into a core channel for customer engagement, working directly with executive leadership, designing event flows, and connecting event metrics into enterprise CRM platforms.

What’s In It For You

  • Long-Term Stability: Initial contract through December 2026 with strong budget backing to extend into 2027.
  • 100% Remote Flexibility: Work from home anywhere in the UK, with optional access to the modern London office.
  • High Strategic Impact: Shape channel strategy, expand into new formats (fireside chats, podcasts), and manage high-visibility corporate broadcasts.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Webinar Production: Manage the full event lifecycle, including pre-event scheduling, drafting email invitations, setting up landing pages, live technical hosting, and post-event communications.
  • Speaker Onboarding & Stakeholder Management: Prep, brief, and lead technical dress rehearsals with senior internal executives (VPs/EVPs) and external guest speakers.
  • Platform & Marketing Operations: Set up event landing pages, registration forms, interactive tools (polls, Q&A), and manage workflows across Zoom Webinars, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Project & Workfront Management: Utilise Workfront to submit creative briefs, coordinate slide deck production with design agencies/studios, and keep event timelines on track.
  • Multi-Segment & Legacy Audience Handling: Manage tailored webinar campaigns across distinct customer tiers, including unique comms/CRM workflows for legacy customer databases (e.g., Oracle for CWT transition accounts).
  • Audience Acquisition & Strategy: Partner with analytics and marketing operations teams to promote events via targeted email campaigns. Help define cadence (starting at ~1 event/month and scaling) and advise on high-converting formats (e.g., fireside chats).
  • Data & CRM Integration: Ensure all attendee data flows seamlessly into CRM systems for follow-up, tracking registration, attendance retention, and engagement metrics.
  • Channel Growth: Help evaluate opportunities to expand digital event formats into adjacent channels, such as podcasts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
