Aquent Partners with Premier Global Enterprise for Visionary Webinar Professional

Aquent is partnering with a premier global enterprise, a market-leading corporate solutions provider, to find a visionary professional ready to redefine virtual engagement. This is an unparalleled opportunity to significantly impact how a major organization connects with its B2B customers. You won’t just manage webinars; you’ll be instrumental in transforming them into a core channel for strategic customer engagement, directly influencing executive leadership and shaping the future of digital events.

This is your chance to lead and innovate, transitioning virtual events into a powerful, central channel for customer interaction. You will work hand-in-hand with executive leadership, design captivating event flows, and ensure every metric seamlessly integrates into enterprise CRM platforms. If you’re ready to drive strategic initiatives, expand into cutting-edge formats, and manage high-visibility corporate broadcasts, this role offers the platform for immense impact and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Webinar Production: Own the complete event lifecycle, from pre-event scheduling and crafting compelling email invitations to setting up landing pages, providing live technical hosting, and managing post-event communications.
  • Speaker Onboarding & Stakeholder Management: Prepare, brief, and lead technical dress rehearsals with senior internal executives (VPs/EVPs) and external guest speakers, ensuring a polished and professional presentation.
  • Platform & Marketing Operations: Configure event landing pages, registration forms, interactive tools (polls, Q&A), and orchestrate workflows across Zoom Webinars, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Project & Workfront Management: Leverage Workfront to submit creative briefs, coordinate slide deck production with design agencies/studios, and meticulously manage event timelines.
  • Multi-Segment & Audience Handling: Execute tailored webinar campaigns across distinct customer tiers, including developing unique communications and CRM workflows for diverse customer databases.
  • Audience Acquisition & Strategy: Collaborate with analytics and marketing operations teams to promote events via targeted email campaigns, define event cadence, and advise on high-converting formats such as fireside chats.
  • Data & CRM Integration: Ensure all attendee data flows seamlessly into CRM systems for robust follow-up, tracking registration, attendance retention, and engagement metrics.
  • Channel Growth: Evaluate opportunities to expand digital event formats into adjacent channels, such as podcasts, driving innovation and reach.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
