We’re Hiring: Webshop Supervisor

Location: Leedale House, Railway Ct, Railway Court, Doncaster, South Yorkshire England, DN4 5FB

Hours: 40

Salary: £14.71

Reporting to: Webshop Manager

Are you an organised, proactive person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership? We’re looking for a Webshop Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in the day-to-day running of our busy webshop. This is a hands-on position where you’ll help ensure orders are processed and dispatched accurately, customers receive excellent service, and the Webshop team operates efficiently. You’ll work closely with the Webshop Manager, dispensary team and wider business to keep everything running smoothly. 📦 What you’ll be doing

As Webshop Supervisor, you’ll have responsibility across a range of operational areas, including:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day dispatch and fulfilment of webshop orders
  • Supporting, training and supervising webshop assistants
  • Ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently in line with company procedures
  • Liaising with the dispensary team, customers and prescribers to help provide a professional and timely service
  • Supporting payments, refunds, sales and cashing-up procedures
  • Monitoring customer reviews and feedback, responding professionally and helping resolve issues where needed
  • Providing administrative cover for the Webshop Manager when required
  • Supporting staffing and rota cover, including holidays and sickness
  • Maintaining excellent housekeeping and Health & Safety standards
  • Completing relevant paperwork, risk assessments and operational checks
  • Keeping up to date with company policies, procedures and communications
  • Taking a flexible and proactive approach to support the changing needs of the business

Previous experience in a supervisory, ecommerce, retail, pharmacy or fulfilment environment would be beneficial, but we’re particularly interested in people with the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.
