About CISES

The Centre for International Security and Economic Strategy (CISES) is an independent, London-based think tank dedicated to examining the complex intersection of global security, geopolitics, and economic policy.

In an era of rapid shifts in the international order, CISES delivers rigorous, evidence-based insight into global risk, regional crises, and emerging strategic challenges. By bridging the gap between rigorous academic analysis and practical policy debate, we empower policymakers, researchers, and the public with the tools needed to navigate an increasingly interconnected world.

With our digital footprint continuing to expand—having published over 350 research outputs, built a community of more than 13,000 followers, and reached over 1 million views across our website and digital platforms—we are seeking a Website Administrator to help maintain the quality of our website, coordinate with the digital team to publish research and multimedia content, optimise the user experience, and produce website performance and analytics reports.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
