Role Description
The Website and Content Consultant Role at HUMANISE SOLUTIONS
This role is an on-site position based in Coventry. This role involves managing and updating the organization’s website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with brand values and inclusive communication principles. The consultant will plan and implement content strategies, collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather information, and translate complex ideas into clear, accessible website copy.

Typical Tasks Include:
- Reviewing and improving site structure and user experience
- Creating and editing web pages
- Developing blog posts, case studies, and service descriptions
- Monitoring content performance using analytics

The role also requires coordinating with designers or developers as needed, maintaining consistency in tone and messaging, and recommending enhancements that support the organization’s mission of human-centric business practices.
Qualifications
- Skills in website content planning and management, including experience with content strategy and information architecture.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce clear, inclusive, and audience-focused website copy.
- Skills in reviewing and optimizing user experience, including basic familiarity with web design principles and accessibility standards.
- Skills in using content management systems (CMS) and basic web analytics tools to track performance and inform content decisions.
- Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and translate their input into compelling content.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or certification in communications, marketing, digital media, UX, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience working with values-driven organizations or in sectors focused on inclusion, healthcare, or social impact is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently on-site in Coventry, manage multiple priorities, and demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to non-discriminatory, accessible communication.
