Role Overview
We are seeking a Website and Digital Performance Manager to own and optimise our digital estate across corporate and event websites. This role will be responsible for website performance, SEO, analytics, reporting, user experience improvements, and supporting the delivery of digital initiatives that drive engagement, lead generation, and business growth.
The successful candidate will act as the key link between Marketing, Design, Product and Development teams, ensuring our websites remain effective, up-to-date, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day management of our brand and event websites, ensuring content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with brand standards.
- Manage website updates, enhancements, development requests, and basic front-end changes where appropriate.
- Identify and implement improvements to user experience, website performance, and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute SEO strategies, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO optimisation.
- Monitor website traffic, rankings, search performance, and conversion metrics, proactively recommending improvements.
- Own website analytics and reporting, managing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console.
- Create dashboards and provide regular reporting, insights, and recommendations to marketing and business stakeholders.
- Support the creation, launch, optimisation, and performance measurement of event websites to drive registrations and lead generation.
- Act as the primary marketing contact for website projects, liaising with internal and external developers on enhancements and issue resolution.
- Ensure website governance, compliance, and best practices are maintained across all digital properties.

Skills and Experience
Essential
- Experience managing multiple websites in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Advanced Google Analytics experience.
- Experience creating dashboards and performance reports.
- Understanding of CMS platforms and website management processes including Wordpress and Bizzabo.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Search Console.
- Basic HTML, CSS, and front-end development knowledge.
- Experience with UX principles and conversion rate optimisation.
- Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau.
