About the Role
The Growth Marketing team at JustGiving is responsible for driving acquisition and loyalty growth. We help more people and charities fundraise online, and help them raise more money.
We're looking for a confident, commercially minded Website Content Manager to help shape and improve the marketing content experience across our website.
This is a hands-on role for someone ready to take the next step in their digital content career. You'll combine strong website management expertise with excellent copywriting skills, taking ownership of content within our CMS and helping ensure our marketing-owned website experiences are clear, engaging, accessible, and effective.
You'll be responsible for managing and optimising landing pages, information pages, and key customer journeys, while helping establish strong content governance and publishing standards across marketing-managed content.
Working alongside our B2B content specialist, who focuses primarily on creating content for our charity audience, you'll focus predominantly on consumer audiences, including fundraisers and donors. You'll act as a key steward of content quality, user experience, and conversion across marketing-owned website content, helping ensure customers can easily find information and take action.
Reporting to the Head of CRM & Digital, you'll bring specialist expertise in CMS management, content governance, information architecture, UX content, and conversion-focused copywriting. You'll be the team's go-to expert on how website content should be structured, managed, and optimised to support growth.
Key Responsibilities
CMS Management & Content Governance
- Own day-to-day management of marketing-owned website content within our CMS.
- Build, publish, and maintain landing pages, information pages, and campaign content.
- Act as the subject matter expert for content governance, page structure, and publishing best practice across marketing-managed website experiences.
- Ensure content remains accurate, up to date, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.
- Conduct regular content audits to identify outdated, duplicated, or underperforming content.
- Work closely with our B2B content specialist to ensure a coherent experience across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve navigation, page structure, and customer journeys within marketing-owned content areas.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
