About the role
At JustGiving, we're on a mission to help people raise more for the causes they care about. As Website Content Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how fundraisers, donors and charities experience our digital channels. You'll own and optimise marketing-managed website content, ensuring every page is clear, accessible and effective. Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Design and Product, you'll help create engaging customer journeys that drive growth, build trust and make it easier for people to take action.
What you'll be doing
- Own and manage marketing-led website content within our CMS, ensuring content is accurate, accessible and aligned to brand standards
- Create, publish and optimise landing pages, campaign content and key customer journeys that drive engagement and conversion
- Lead content governance and publishing best practices, improving how content is structured, maintained and managed across the website
- Use customer insight, analytics and testing to identify opportunities and continuously improve content performance
- Partner with Marketing, Design and Product teams to deliver seamless, user-centred website experiences

What you'll bring
- Experience managing website content through a CMS and maintaining high standards of content quality and governance
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, compelling content
- Knowledge of UX writing, information architecture and conversion-focused content best practices
- Experience using data, customer insight and experimentation to improve digital experiences and outcomes
- Strong stakeholder management, organisation and prioritisation skills with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
