About The Role

We're looking for a Website Executive to help improve and develop wrenkitchens.com across kitchens, bedrooms, home offices, and other living categories.

This role sits between Marketing, Digital, Product, and IT. You'll take ideas and business problems, work out the right solution, and turn that into clear requirements for designers and developers.

You don't need to be technical, but you do need to understand websites, customer journeys, and how digital changes can improve performance. This role is based at Barton-upon-Humber with hybrid working available up to 2 days per week.

What Wren Offer:

  • Benenden health insurance and discount platforms
  • Life assurance after 2 years' service
  • Eye care vouchers
  • EE discounts
  • Refer a friend scheme
  • Free onsite gym

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with teams across Marketing, Ecommerce, IT, and Commercial to understand what needs improving.
  • Review website journeys and identify opportunities to make them better.
  • Turn ideas and problems into clear requirements, user stories, and briefs.
  • Support new features and website changes from initial idea through to launch.
  • Work closely with UX, design, development, and QA teams.
  • Use data and customer behavior to support decisions and priorities.
  • Test new functionality before launch and make sure it works as intended.
  • Review performance after launch and identify what we should do next.
  • Keep an eye on what other brands are doing well digitally and bring useful ideas into Wren.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
